Returns
Because (with few exception) each product is customized and personalized, returns are not accepted. That said, I bend over backward PRIOR to creating each music box to be sure all details are clarified and in place so there are no misunderstandings with regard to personalization or final product. If there is a problem of any kind that points back to me, of COURSE I will make it right. It is my goal to generate 100% satisfaction and I have 40 years of pleased and returning customers to show for it!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The first course of action will always be to repair or replace the product if necessary.
If, because of damages or issues a return is necessary, you can contact us at juligen@aol.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
